With heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care you gave to mum during her courageous battle. The hospice at home team were absolutely incredible. The love and care they showed to mum gave me the reassurance I needed to know that she was always treated with dignity, something so important to her. The team were amazing the way they sang songs with her, danced for her, even had tattoos with her. Those memories will last with me forever and I thank each and everyone of you. I am not going to list names because I am so afraid I will miss someone out but please know that each and every one of you will have a special place in our hearts forever.
